GARY LEWIS

PRESIDENT & FOUNDER

Gary brings a tremendous passion for retailing, merchandising, rental operations, and customer service based on over 35 years’ experience; first as an owner of two Ace Hardware stores and then later as a 28 year veteran of The Home Depot (THD). While at THD, Gary managed many high volume stores in Texas and California. He later became the Divisional Rental Manager, expanding this new business at THD to over 200 stores, and eventually became the lead operator and merchant for all of THD’s tool rental centers. Gary has had vast experience and success at developing and managing large customer oriented sales and operational programs for both rental and retail businesses. He also has worked closely with many of the top rental equipment manufacturers to improve the quality and safety of their equipment as well as to influence the development of new products needed in the rental industry.

Tom McCormick

VP - Operations & Finance

Tom has over 30 years’ senior level experience in transportation, equipment rental and retail. Tom has successful started his own business - HD Rentals – the precursor to tool rental centers at THD. After starting and serving as President of HD Rentals, Tom joined THD where he led the startup and expansion of tool rental centers within THD stores in the US and Canada. Tom also led the startup and rollout of a portable container company to over 60 markets across the country before joining ARSC and serving in his current position. A native of Tonawanda, NY (a suburb of Buffalo) Tom studied at the University of Toronto where he obtained his BA and MBA.

Ian Lewis

VP - Sales

Ian has over 10 years of retail experience working for Best Buy (BB) holding upper management positions at both the store and field levels.  In his last years at Best Buy Ian served as the Regional Manager of B2B sales, leading his sales team to exceed sales plans and divisional goals. Ian has a BA from the California State University at Fullerton and MBA from Pepperdine University.
